My client is a universally recognised Global Investment Bank who have extended their market presence in ANZ over the last decade through leveraging off their strong presence in the Asia Pacific region.

In line with their continued expansion plans an opportunity has arisen in their Securitisation team in Sydney.

The role will report directly into the Managing Director of the division and will be an excellent opportunity to further your career within a Global institution.

The main duties of the role will include
  • Assist the regional team in origination and on going management of securitisation transactions in the Australia & New Zealand markets
  • Preparing transaction analysis, credit papers , data analysis and pricing analysis
  • Preparing pitch documents for new and existing clients
  • Liaising with legal professionals for accurate documenting of transactions
  • Work closely with operations, risk, legal and compliance to monitor ongoing transactions
  • Due diligence
  • Work alongside ratings agencies and develop an understanding of their methodology


To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience
  • Tertiary level degree in a related discipline
  • 2+ years wrking in the domestic banking market preferably in securitisation but we will consider other areas of Banking
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong stakeholder enagagement skills
  • Be a self starter and a team player
  • Strong analytical and credit skills
