Commercial Management Accountant
We are looking for a Commercial Management Accountant to lead the full technology line of business for a leading payroll and HR systems company in Hertfordshire. Here you will be driving the continued growth of the business through relevant, effective and timely commercial performance reporting and analysis.
Management and reporting of both project and on-going revenue is a key area; as well as the development of routine monthly reporting to enable an improved control of costs.
Commercial Management Accountant - Responsibilities;
- Commercial reporting and analysis
- Balance Sheet analysis and cost analysis
- Managing the month end reporting process, ensuring the monthly reporting is delivered on time and accurately utilising the off-shore team for processing
- Ensure completeness of revenue, through analysis and ensuring appropriate controls and processes are in place across the business
- Procurement contract review and advice
Commercial Management Accountant - Qualifications / Experience:
- ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Extensive experience of commercial analysis and management accounting
- Experience of working in a strong control environment, with experience of implementing strong controls and processes
- Advanced Excel skills with experience of financial modelling
- Strong team player with extensive commercial and analytical skills with intellectual curiosity
- Results driven with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with ability to produce accurate and meaningful financial data
- You will possess the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels
This is a fast paced and varied job for someone with a desire to improve processes and manage a wide set of stakeholders through tight deadlines, and also support in the delivery of wider business initiatives.
This is an initial 3-6 month contract with potential extension, based in Hemel Hempstead with easy transport links to London mainline rail stations, and free onsite parking.
