Our partner is situated near Louvain and is continuously looking for motivated employees who want to grow and develop together with the company. To reinforce their Human Resources department, this company is looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment & payroll officer. You will be responsible for the recruitment and onboarding process and the payroll and training administration of the employees. Recruitment and onboarding: You manage the end to end recruitment process for projects under your responsibilities (intake, sourcing, interview process, hiring and onboarding) Together with the hiring manager you write compelling job descriptions to achieve maximum visibility for the job offers You contribute to the development of an active pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, internet searches, etc. You interview candidates (telephone, Skype, Face–to–Face) together with the hiring manager You keep in close contact with the candidate throughout the process, assuring an excellent candidate experience You coordinate external searches with preferred partners You will represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment activities You collaborate on projects to continuously improve our recruitment process (candidate experience, referral policy, employer branding etc.) You will set up job offers, negotiate salaries and set up the employee contracts You provide a warm welcome to new employees, making sure they have the information and equipment they need Payroll administration: You process the payroll together with a payroll administration agency You take care of the HR administration (pre–boarding and offboarding process, insurances, social security documents, registration of absences, process expense notes???) You will be responsible for fleet management: requests for pool cars, order follow up, damage management, declaration of accidents,??? You handle questions from employees about payslips, insurances, absences, legal documents, ??? Reporting: expense reports, ad hoc reports (headcount, absenteeism,???) Training coordination: You coordinate all training activities of the employees You handle requests, planning, registrations, payments and create purchase orders for trainings You have 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or a more generalist Human Resources role A first experience in personnel administration and payroll is an asset Language skills: fluent in English, Dutch and French, any other language is a plus You are assertive, mature and you like working autonomously You ensure to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information You are flexible, resilient, pragmatic and resourceful You work in an accurate way You are a strong relationship builder, capable of quickly get buy–in from hiring managers and candidates A position in a stimulating professional environment within a fast–growing international industry; A challenging function with a lot of variety and responsibility; The ability to develop your personal and professional skills;...
