Description
As Cost Accountant you will be responsible for the following responsibilities;
- Standard costs
- Inventory
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Accruals and prepayments
- General ledger - preparation and posting of accurate and timely journal entries
- Adhoc reporting
- Assist with the preparation of the annual budget
Profile
The successful Cost Accountant will have the following desirable skill set;
- Part-Qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
- Worked within a manufacturing business previously
- Standard costing and inventory analysis
- Ability to identify and investigate trends and highlight potential issues
- SAP knowledge desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management
