My Client is looking for an Accounts Semi Senior who has experience working in an Accounts environment. They have a large client base and have recently opened a new office in North London.
Suitable candidate must have/be competent with:
• At least 5 years experience in working in an accounts environment.
• bookkeeping, cash book postings, bank reconciliations, general ledger postings and reconciliations
• Experience with Vat quarterly returns, Payroll and Sub contractors CIS Returns
• Monthly payroll postings, and submissions
• Meeting deadlines for annual accounts preparations
• Issuing ad-hoc costs reports, processing cost transfers, within the reporting time frame
Expenses & Credit Cards
• Check expense claim forms, ensuring that they are accurate
• Code expense claims to appropriate accounts
Purchase Ledger
• Reconcile supplier statements to creditors aged balance listing, then liaising with Senior Administrator on dealing with any debit balances and unallocated cash on Ledger balances
Sales Ledger and Credit Control
• Raising sales invoices
• Reconciliation of Sales invoices listing to debtors Control A\c
• Credit control
