A leading Irish Property company are looking to hire an Office/Accounts Manager to assist the Financial Controller in the day to day running of a busy and fast growing family run company. Minimum 3 years of experience essential. Responsibilities: To manage / oversea junior accounts / admin staff To manage payroll and payroll related deductions / expenses To manage and upkeep HR administration Posting of payroll journals Revenue Returns Management of Debtors & Creditors Ledger for various intercompany accounts Bank Reconciliations Loan Reconciliations Monthly reporting using excel Monthly supplier online payments Assisting directors with various ad hoc duties Requirements: Experience working with Sage Line 50 would be advantageous Experience working with a payroll package (we use Thesaurus) Strong Microsoft Office experience Excellent reconciliation skills Attention to detail is imperative Ability to work on their own initiative Ability to meet strict reporting deadlines Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
