Analyst - Business Performance

ANALYST - BUSINESS PERFORMANCE This role requires the incumbent to be able to work with Senior executives to develop strategic and business plans and to cascade those plans into Annual Corporate and Business Unit plans. Maintain a robust performance management framework which includes a Corporate Performance Reporting system that monitors, analyzes, reports and influences the achievement of the Company's objectives. Play an active role in the preparation of the annual business plan including reviewing and updating the strategic plan and support the business in developing operating plans and budgets which are aligned to the company's strategic goals. Play a leading role in the preparation of Annual and Medium-Term Financial Plans Conduct monthly corporate financial analysis, forecasting and reporting. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accounting. Professional accreditation e.g. ACCA and/or CPA/CMA. Mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word). Five years relevant experience in planning or management accounting three of which should be at a Supervisory level. Demonstrate understanding of the Utility sector and the business.
