Who wants to set up for the future by installing a new Headquarter in Berlin.As part of this expansion we are seeking you as an Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f). Your Tasks:
Sorting, entering and scanning the incoming invoices
audit
Account assignment and posting of incoming invoices
Preparation of payment transactions
Account reconciliation and settlement with suppliers
Contribution to monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Technical requirements:
Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Relevant professional experience in accounting, in–depth knowledge in accounts payable management are beneficial
Good knowledge with the MS Office package
Safe knowledge in dealing with an ERP system
Very good command of spoken and written English is mandatory
Good knowledge of German is desirable
Analytic Mind and Conceptual Strength
High level of commitment
Ability to work well in a team
Reliable, accurate and systematic work
