£22,000 - £25,000
An opening has been created at this expanding tech company in Stockport for an Assistant Accountant that is looking to broaden their experience and assist in the production of monthly management accounts.
Reporting to the Finance Manager this role will provide the perfect transition from transactional accounting through to supporting in the production of monthly accounts.
On a daily basis you will be collating and producing financial information and reports that will be used to analyse the performance of the business.
Alongside this you will work to a strict month end schedule where you will work alongside a team of 3 management accountants to produce detailed accounts that will be reviewed by the Finance Director before they are presented to the board.
Previous experience in monthly accounts is not necessary however it is vital that applicants already have a foundation in accounts along with a desire and determination to expand both their skill-set and future career.
You will receive training from the management team, and there is also the opportunity to study towards a recognised professional qualification following a successful probationary period.
Anyone applying must also be able to demonstrate a confident personality which is essential when communicating with both internal and external staff.
