Role:
This is a high profile Director opportunity to join a Global banking group in their Global Reporting team. In this role, you will present to the CFO and CIO, Head of Finance and Business Unit Leads, advising on Capital reporting changes. You will be working with regulators RBA and APRA as well as auditors internally and externally. You will lead a large onshore and offshore team. This key position will assist with stakeholder education of the new APRA changes before they go into effect.

- Presenting to and advising the CFO and CIO, Head of Finance & Business Unit Leads on Capital reporting matters & changes
- Working with regulators RBA RBS and APRA
- Working with auditors internally and externally
- Capital related matters discussions with peer banks
- Senior stakeholder engagement and management
- Managing a large team - onshore & offshore
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must be able to work in a global environment and have:
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Regulatory Capital experience in either a regulatory reporting team, credit team or treasury-centric team within a bank
- Technical knowledge - APRA and other regulators
- Excellent presentation skills - to senior stakeholders
- Proven team leadership and people management
- Solutions focused and excellent problem solver
- Compliance and risk mind set
- Process improvement/efficiencies
