Accounts Payable 12 month FTC

My client, a prestigious aircraft leasing company based in Dublin 2 is seeking an Accounts Payable professional for a 12 month contract . Responsible for the accounts payable process for the aviation finance department. Job Description: • Invoicing • Monthly recharges between various offices • Reconciliation of intercompany fees • Capital and interest repayments per loan contracts • Preparation and scanning of vendor invoices • Logging of all invoice payments • Posting journals relating to invoice payments • Treasury management • Monitoring of cash balances • Preparation of weekly and monthly cash reports • Ongoing monitoring of local currency (Euro) requirements • EUR / USD ad hoc bank transfers • Management of cash on deposit • Adhoc • Maintaining the management and fee contract summary folder • Adhoc projects as directed by CFO or Financial Controller • System Updates for Aviation Requirements: • Accounts Payable experience • High degree of numeracy and accounting knowledge • Excellent attention to detail • Good time management and organisational skills, ability to meet tight deadlines • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with colleagues and build teamwork €38 - 40K
