COO/CFO - Healthcare - Brussels

For our client, an important Technological /Healthcare company we are urgently looking for a COO/CFO. This company is present nationally and internationally. The company is looking for a COO/CFO that will be the key person to the company. As the COO/CFO, you will lead and drive the teams and report directly to the CEO. You will work in close collaboration with the CTO and the program manager. By joining this company, you will give your profile the national and international experience, which will allow you to work abroad. And you will join an avant–garde and company with in a challenging environment. You will develop the company culture to create an environment that fosters competitiveness and positive team work. You will oversee financial activities including budgeting, planning and forecasting. You will be in charge of the company's HR activities as well as recruitment.
