Position: Senior Credit Risk Analyst
Salary: £45K - £60K plus bonus
Timing: Immediate/ASAP
Our client is looking for a Senior Credit Risk Analyst with 5 to 10 years -experience, to join the team of a fast growing fintech-heavy alternative credit fund, in ramp up phase. The ideal candidate has experience in one or more of the following fields: trade finance, factoring, SME loans portfolios, both performing and non-performing, across several dimensions of pricing, structuring and negotiation of legal terms of engagement.
The Credit analyst will be tasked with assessing and evaluating the risk of loan portfolios' creditworthiness, secured and unsecured, performing and non-performing, primarily within the trade finance and/or factoring space. In addition, the candidate will be able to contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of credit models for portfolio risk management purposes.
They should have skills in financial modelling and experience in the negotiation of relevant contracts and legal arrangements. The ability to help with deal origination will be looked at as a plus.
