Commercial Accountant - Full-time or Part-time 4 or 5 days

12 month contract opportunity for a Commercial Accountant to join a highly regarded Chester based business. Candidates seeking a part time role over 4 days will be considered as well as full time.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity where your role will involve working across the business and at Director level on a number of strategic projects, including;

- Development of a Costing model
- The scoping of a small manufacturing facility from start to finish
- Set up of Corporate Governance process for Investment Appraisals
- Data analysis of past 5 years – identifying historical trends, efficiencies and cost cutting opportunities

To be considered, you should be a CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Excellent excel skills are essential and the ability to interrogate high volume data, using your findings to make sound commercial decisions. You should be extremely well organised, with the ability to react positively in a reactive, changing environment.
