Aviva Corporate Services (ACS) Finance team are part of Finance Operations within the newly formed Aviva Finance Operations (Finance Shared Services). ACS are responsible for the running of expense management processes in the UK. You will collaborate closely with Markets Senior Manager and the Functional Support team to ensure the underlying process meets the needs of all partners. This is a meaningful role with stakeholder management being the key to success. Your role involves working closely with functions, the business divisions and the offshore teams.

What will this role involve?
- Supporting the team in delivering on cost efficiencies and identifying out of plan expenditure;
- Evaluating and identifying requirements and providing analysis/outputs with insightful management information;
- Working with various teams to deliver analysis and insight to Functions tin order to support decision-making;
- Working collaboratively within and across teams, as well as providing constructive challenge where necessary;
- Maintaining effective and strong links with the offshore team;
- Maintaining end-to-end process accountability and drive continuous improvement.
What qualifications & experience do you need?
- Qualified accountant or newly qualified accountant;
- Excellent communication both written and verbal;
- Ability to understand and articulate the performance of functional expense base;
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and challenge.

- Basic salary between £40,000-£50,000 depending on qualifications, skills & experience;
