Personal Tax Senior/Supervisor

Based in Sunderland my client is looking to recruit a Personal Tax Compliance Senior or Supervisor who can bring experience to the role from March 2019.

Working with HNWI, Partnerships, Directors from a mixture of business sectors this role provides ownership of your clients from day one and will appeal to those who enjoy the customer interaction and getting to know your clients.

Part of a small tax team with close support from the Partner, this is an opportunity to develop your basic tax advisory knowledge as first point of contact with your clients you will regularly be asked for advice on a whole host of tax queries.

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of three years tax experience, competent in the completion of a self assessment tax return, along with good communication skills to develop a rapport with your clients. For the Supervisor role we would look for someone is able to manage the compliance process for both themselves and the team, ensuring all deadlines are adhered to and billing complete.

This position would suit both those who have worked in compliance and are looking for a new challenge at the sametime as someone who is currently in a large compliance centre keen to widen their tax knowledge before either taking the step into advisory or simply wanting more responsibility in compliance at a supervisor level.

The ATT/CTA professional qualification would be welcomed but is not essential, study support is provided for those keen to undertake their exams.
