For our office in 82049 Pullach (Munich, Germany) we are currently looking for aFinancial Analyst (f/m/d)The holder of this position provides IFCO executive management with critical analysis and data used to evaluate performance and support decision making, is responsible for financial planning, monthly reporting, analysis and process improvement and ensures that financial plans and monthly reporting complies with group requirements, accuracy and data integrity.Key Accountabilities:Business Performance Reporting & Analysis: Assist with the preparation of monthly results & financial reporting including commentary and insights on the results. Produce monthly reporting packs for senior management and strategic investors. Report on key performance indicators to monitor performance and where required identify new KPI's critical to managing the business. Assist with the preparation of quarterly forecast and annual budgets to ensure the achievement of establisWe expect: Master's degree in Accounting/Finance 3 or more years of relevant working experience in a multinational organisation In depth FP&A and/or accounting experience in a similar organisation Experience in preparation of financial reports for senior management Furthermore you have strong analytical skills and desire to learn, the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment, strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask, interpersonal skills to establish and maintain excellent relationships and credibility, advanced Excel proficiency and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.We regard our international team as an important part of our success.
