Management Accountant - temporary to permanent £30,000 - £35,000 in Chesterfield Management Accountant temporary to permanent Management Accountant - £30,000 - £35,000 per annum - Chesterfield - Hays Accountancy & Finance Your new company A rapidly growing and well-established group of companies based in Chesterfield are seeking a Qualified Management Accountant to support a small finance team. Reporting into the Financial Controller this is a hands-on role seeking a progressive finance professional who wants to progress and develop with the business. Your new roleAs the Management Accountant for the organisation you will be involved in a varied and hands-on position. Your key duties will include management account production, preparing budgets and forecasts, preparation of financial accounts along with tax packs and general finance analysis. Overseeing a small finance team, you will mentor and develop junior members of the finance function. This is a great role seeking a candidate who wants to really progress, in a position involving management and financial accounts. There will be some occasional travel to different sites once a week so you must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.What you'll need to succeed You will need experience within a similar finance role, qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA. It is essential you have key MS Excel skills with a strong analytical mind-set. Our client is looking for a finance professional who is looking to develop and grow with the business. You must have strong communication skill to build internal and external relationships.
