Conducting Induction presentations with new students to ensure student goodwill. Have a strong market intelligence to increase brand awareness in respective market. Deliver quarterly pipelines of admissions.
Responding to student queries and remain actively involved in counselling sessions to facilitate progression. Facilitate student progression by arranging revision sessions, crash courses and exam technique sessions.
Disseminate accurate & appropriate information with regard to all customer queries in a timely manner and provide all necessary support for improved customer satisfaction level.
Ensure quality delivery as per the policies and benchmarks of regulatory bodies and Internal QA. Proper files/documentations to be maintained. Ensure execution of academic calendar.
Record keeping of CBE exams taking place.. Responsibility to monitor and conduct CBE exams effectively lies with the Academic Manager.
