Are you an experienced administrator looking for an exciting role within a rural estate?

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen within this large, diversified, progressive and secure rural business with a dedicated and committed team. The Estate covers 5,250 hectares and is a thriving mix of countryside pursuits including the renowned high pheasant and partridge shoot, livestock farming, forestry, commercial and residential properties covering a huge variety of land types.

You will be able to take on responsibility, show initiative and pay close attention to detail. There will be involvement in all aspects of the business, working closely with the Managing Director and other members of the Farm and Estate Team. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Maintaining up to date stock records (livestock, dead stock, plant and machinery) and assisting with compliance, stock counts, pricing and reordering
• Responsibility for rental properties including viewings, rental agreements via Property agent, compliance and rent collection
• Liaising with advisors , reviewing and updating health and safety and training documentation
• Administration point of contact for sporting clients and estate team, including agreements and payments.

Key Qualities:

• Previous experience of accounting software and office administrative work would be essential
• Excellent IT and communication skills
• A rural business background or keen interest in agriculture or country estates
• A driving licence is essential due to the rural location

Salary: Remuneration commensurate with experience.
