Responsibilities :
•Providing administrative assistance to client facing engagement teams (including handling administrative matters and other various ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time);
•Extracting, sanitising and compiling data from different formats of ERP systems;
•Assist in sending, monitoring and following up of audit confirmations (including scanning, splitting and renaming of files, and updating records);
•Organising and maintaining paper and electronic files.
Requirements :
•Only DIPLOMA and CAT in accounting, or non-accounting such as DIPLOMA in Business Administration, DIPLOMA in Marketing.
•Meticulous, trustworthy and responsible with interest and capability in handling multi-functional/routine tasks;
•Knowledgeable about or willing to learn Microsoft Excel, Microsoft work and other related tools;
•Skilled in document management;
•Excellent command of the English Language, both verbal and written.
•Positive, team-player attitude;
•Able to work in a diverse environment; and
•Excellent organization and time management skills; must be able to manage a variety of tasks independently and meet tight deadlines.
