Investment Specialist, Up to 55,000 SAR per month, Riyadh

This newly created role in a progressive forward thinking KSA organisation and they are looking for an Investment Specialist with experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, from a Private Equity, Commerce and Industry (Corporate), Transaction Advisory (such as Big 4) or Investment Banking background. This role will be supporting the client in in evaluating investment opportunities, for deciding on the Go/No-go for potential opportunities based on their positive business case. Our client offers excellent benefits which includes schooling. The salary offered includes the accommodation allowance, however, the client offers assistance in paying post dated cheques.

Description:

• Evaluates investment opportunities provided by Corporate Development in line with strategy and investment goals
• Create financial models and return on investment analysis, and prepare a holistic recommendation report to the management
• Develops business cases for potential opportunities and evaluates their acceptance from a financial perspective (e.g. based on Cash Flow NPV analysis, Comparative analysis, Asset Valuation analysis)
• Prepares comprehensive due diligence reports and valuation reports on investment opportunities and presents detailed results from due diligence exercise for effective decision making
• Innovation and Change - Conducts the evaluation of new investment opportunities
• Internal Customers – Point of contact for all functions and all investment related matters; Corporate Development - Evaluates investment opportunities provided by Corporate Development
• People Leadership - Full profit and loss statement (P&L) and full people management responsibility (can decide independently); Partial profit and loss statement (P&L); Project coordination (coordination of team without decision making responsibilities); Subject-matter expert (advises only on subject specialization topics, no managerial responsibility)
