My Client is urgently seeking an experienced Office Coordinator/ Accounts Person with experience using Sage to work within their Logistics Business in South East London.
My Client is seeking someone reliable, hard working, well presented and also someone experienced in a similar role before. If you have previous experience within a Logistics environment, it would be advantageous.
As Office Coordinator you will be trusted to manage your own workload so the ability to prioritize and be able to work autonomously is a very important trait.
Applicants will ideally be local to the Dulwich/ Charlton area.
You will take on the day to day coordination of the Office, performing various roles which will include:
- Checking Driver documentation
- Answering and dealing with inquiries over the phone.
You must be able to demonstrate and have excellent experience in using Sage, (If you have Sage Line 50 experience this would once again help with your application.) as you will be required to use it for around 1–2 days of the 5 day week for various accounts related duties.
Hours: Monday to Friday – 9.00am – 5.30pm
