DUTIES PREFORMED
70% Finance & Accounts:
• Execute finance department assignments as per instructions of Chief Accountant (CA) and Manager Finance & Accounts (FC) so that it achieves its short term financial objectives as planned.
• Execute the implementation of financial strategies and plans including long term financial plans and annual Budgetary controls.
• Execute resources and provides timely and reliable financial reports and information to monitor business performance and permit policy-making.
• Ensure proper data entry with understanding Business Inelegance (BI) dashboard with respect to appropriate reporting and decision-making.
• Get awareness of statutory financial reports under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and corporate governance standards, and deploy the same in Accounting of transactions.
• Participate in the preparation of annual financial budgets, capital budgets, manpower plan, Project financial plans and reports of variance analysis for budgetary controls.
• Get awareness and assist CA and FC to apply key financial policies, systems, procedures and company’s chart of accounts and strive to translate policies into practice.

• Assist CA to manage Treasure function and monitor working capital, and develop / monitor and control periodic cash flow forecast.
• Assist Supply chain, CA and FC with Suppliers for Letter of credits, IVs and for disbursement of their dues on timely basis.
• Assist CA and FC for Customer Letter of Guarantees etc.
• Assist CA and FC Banks and financial institutions to strengthen companies credit worthiness and Monitor loans, advances, borrowing and focus on reconciliation and timely settlement of intercompany balances.
• Assist CA and FC to support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function in the organization to ensure company’s risk are adequately covered e.g. by insurance policies.
• Assist CA to apply strong internal controls system and policies and support the FC and AHC finance team to define limits of authorities.
• Assist FC and CA AHC Finance / lawyer with corporate lawyer for any litigation issues for the court of law.
• Assist CA and FC Provide assistance for bid process or financial claims for the projects.
• Assist SA & FC to deal with external auditors for audit and ensure un-qualified audit reports.
• Assist SA & FC for AHC Internal Auditors to strengthen internal controls.
• Adopt professional expertise in the finance team by learning.
• Assist SA & FC for quarterly detailed financial review of the organization with CEO President and CEO of A. Abunayyan Holding.

• To Keep the record maintain and manage office petty cash and ensure control.
• Record project petty cash appropriately and ensure control.
• Assisting SA & FC for Fixed Asset recording, monitoring & Control.
• Assist CA for settlement of Vendor, Customer, GL entries for appropriate reporting.
• Ensure proper and accurate on time entries, reconciliations and closing of the period as per target dates after accruals and JVs.
• Assist and execute any other assignment given by SA, FC or CEO.
• Assist in compliance to all relevant quality management systems procedures to guarantee delivery of high quality product/service

30% Corporate Human Resource related assignments:
To Bridge with AHC HR department and all functions at IICS to;
• Control the processing of monthly payroll in HRM module from recruitment, vacations, travel, deductions, and resignation/ termination.
