Investor Relations Manager - 11 Month FTC

My client, a leading Fund administrator are currently recruiting an Investor Relations Manager to join their Shareholder Services Department. In this role you will be responsible for managing all issues related with staff, daily workflows and investor queries. You will act as the senior escalation point to the senior management team will also be required to demonstrate leadership, delegation and people management skills to create a harmonious working environment. This role is on an 11-month Fixed Term Contract basis however there will be scope for permanency. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day activities of the department, reviewing functional tasks for maximum efficiency. Ensure all activity is carried out in accordance with the Funds’ prospectus. Actively engage with Client Service Managers and Support team in the launch of new products. Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide regular feedback for direct reports. Take part in the interview process for job applicants as required. Provide mentoring, assistance and support to Supervisors and other team members Responsible for managing the Shareholder Services team’s expenses. Requirements: Third level degree and/or relevant work experience. Minimum 8 years of TA experience with 5 years of which must be in a similar function. Previous experience working in a client servicing environment. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. I.T. literate with a proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge or prior experience of Multifonds is an advantage. The salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience. Non E.U. Citizens applying must hold a Stamp 4 Visa.
