Regulatory Risk Manager

Key Responsibilities: Management of a rule coding team delivering services to internal and external clients in multiple jurisdiction; Coordinate system developments requests amongst involved stakeholders; Provide regulatory advise on fund and client requirements primarily on Luxembourg products and other jurisdictions as required; Lead or participate in the projects of implementation new regulations in the areas concerning risk teams; Make sure that the regulations requirements are understood, communicated to the relevant stakeholders and correctly captured in the trading system; Ongoing monitoring of rule coding infrastructure / governance in order to address key risk areas and enhance services provided to the business; Establish successful partnerships with internal and external clients. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 5 years of compliance experience (or similar) within the financial service industry; Relevant qualification(s) in areas such as economics, finance, risk or compliance; Extensive and up to date knowledge of relevant Lux and/or EU legislation; Advanced MS Excel user, proficient in data manipulation and presentation; Extensive order management system experience including practical hands-on rule coding and testing; Highly organized and detail oriented; able to solve complex problems in a collaborative manner; Strong collaborator and coordinator with the ability to engage constructively with all relevant functional groups; Ability to communicate complex ideas; persuades and negotiates with others.
