Our client are currently experiencing a backlog of cash allocation, cash forecasting and billing meaning they are in need of an extra pair of hands!

The company is fun, vibrant and an excellent place to work. The role starts next week meaning candidates need to be immediately available or 1 weeks notice.

Our client are a well establish Property company based in North London and are looking for enthusiastic and progress candidates to join their business.

They are looking for someone to start on Monday meaning candidates must be immediately available or on a 1 weeks notice period, but happy to do another temporary role.

The position will initially run for 6 months with the potential to become permanent thereafter.

Description

This role, Sales Ledger/ Accounts Assistant (Ongoing temporary), involves:

- Raising sales invoices

- Sending out sales invoices

- Cash allocation

- WIP billing when needed

- Investigating unallocated cash

- Bank reconciliations

- Investigating for missing PO numbers

- Cash forecasting

- Temporary role for 6 months initially with the potential to become permanent

- Based in North London

- Accountancy based

- Paid hourly
