This role is reporting in to the Finance Manager.
The duties include but are not limited to:
- Process invoices
- Payment runs
- sending copy invoices
- Deal with correspondence
- Manage and maintain payments spreadsheets
- Dealing with queries
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
- Be a strong communicator bother verbally and written - Essential
- Have experience working in an office environment - Essential
- Be confident using MS Excel - Essential
This role is looking to pay from £16,000 to £18,000 per annum + Parking + Pension
