Job role
Job Description:
• Ensures accurate and on-time project financial reporting.
• Ensures project is executed according to contract.
• Reports on VIK (Value in Kind) consumption across the project:
• Reports on revenues, costs and margins across the project:.
• Consolidates and reports on financials from Change Requests.
• Ensures invoices are submitted on-time (in conjunction with Sales) and controls timely collection.
• Validates invoices received by the project team for accuracy and completion. Controls timely payments.
• Fulfils the role of Contract Manager for the project:
• Executes any other reasonable tasks assigned by the Program Director.
• Identifies and reports to the Program Director and PMO those problems that are likely to affect the Project.

Qualification and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Engineer
• Minimum 5 years of previous experience in contract management
• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in financial reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong management capabilities
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural and international environment
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment
• Fluent English, verbally and in writing
• Willing to work in a shift pattern for a prolonged period of time.
