Job Title: Payroll Specialist -S009487 Salary: €DOE Location: Dublin 4 Recruitment Plus are now recruiting for a Payroll Specialist position. Role : Our client is now seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team in Dublin 4. The successful candidate will work within a team and will be responsible for end to end payroll processing of their own portfolio of clients. Role Responsibilities: · Responsible for processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for clients. · Responsible for the set-up / implementation and processing of new clients as required · Calculating and entering of all amendments e.g. starters, leavers, tax certs, deductions, allowances etc. · Will deal with queries by phone and email regarding net pay calculations, VHI, pension, AVC’s, BIK etc. · Liaising with clients regarding payroll issues. · Generating payslips, reports and checking balances and dispatch to clients · Tax filing via ROS · Managed services support · Facilitating Payroll Modernisation with Revenue · Strict adherence to timetables for payments · Project work as required Skills and Experience Required · Must have Leaving Certificate and IPASS qualification · Candidates with Bureau experience will have a distinct advantage · Extensive understanding of latest payroll legislation · Must have a strong knowledge of ROS · Proficient in Microsoft Office - specifically Outlook and Excel · Must be a highly organised and motivated individual , who provides a first-class payroll service to clients For more information please call Lorna on 01 2788610 or send your CV in confidence through the link.
