Working in a busy finance team you will be expected to assist the credit team with collection all due and over due invoices in a timely manner and liaising with internal teams to ensure that all resolutions are resolved with a high level of customer service.

Description
The duties of the credit controller/credit assistant will include but not limited to:
- Proactively chasing outstanding debt via telephone and email
- Enduring the ledger information is kept up to date
- Resolution of account and invoice queries
- Allocation of credit notes
- Posting allocation of cash to client accounts
- General ad-hoc duties
