The key responsibilities of the Part Time Finance Assistant are:

  • Supporting the Financial Management team
  • Production of Monthly Management Accounts
  • Analysis of transactions
  • Reconciliations
  • Calculating Accruals
  • Posting Journals
  • Budgeting
  • Dealing with supplier and invoice queries


The successful candidate for the role of Part Time Finance Assistant will have:

  • Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA/AAT (Level 4 or above)
  • Previous experience of transaction finance in a large organisation
  • Previous Experience of Month End
  • Good system knowledge
  • Good communication skills
