Client Details

My client is a marketing organisation based in Enfield, looking for a credit controller to join their team on a temporary basis of 3 months. They are a small but growing business and are looking for someone to help with the busy workload.

Description

The credit controller role will have the following duties:

Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email and and letter with agreed timescales
Reconcile customer's accounts on a monthly basis.
Produce reports for colleagues and Manager on a regular basis.
Produce aged debt reports per client and act as part of the senior management team
Work towards set KPI's and support colleagues to achieve these targets
Manage excel spreadsheets
Open new accounts
Set, monitor and maintain the credit limit for customers accounts
Identify queries on the accounts and liase with internal departments and the customer to resolve efficiently

Profile

The successful credit controller MUST have the following:

Experience with business to business credit control
Excellent systems skills - SAP experience is essential
Excellent customer service and key account handling ability
Able to confidently discuss overdue payments
Comfortable working towards set KPIs
