Title: HR / Payroll Generalist Job Description: My client is looking for a HR / Payroll person to join their company. Key Responsibilities: HR Recruitment / exit interviews Managing employee files, including managing starters and leavers files Issue all contracts of employment, memos, amendments, handbook etc On boarding of new employees in conjunction with Health & Safety & Food Quality teams for induction training Manage long term absences / illness as required Dealing with return to work forms Provide support to management on HR procedures, recruitment, appraisal, disciplinary, investigations etc. Managing employees eligibility to work and managing work permits as required Payroll Management/review of TMS for 150 employees, including rosters, planned absences, starters and leavers Preparation of a weekly payroll file that is sent to an external payroll processing company. Provision of up to date and accurate information on holidays to departmental managers Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of three years’ experience working in a business HR function Working knowledge of human resource legislation necessary Human Resources: 3 years (Required) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
