This role will initially be a contract role.

This well established professional business have built up a reputation based on the high standard and varying services they provide to their customers. A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a candidate to join the accountancy team.

Description

This Purchase Ledger Assistant role will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Processing invoices
  • Statement supplier reconciliations
  • Matching, batching and coding of invoices
  • Assist with weekly payment runs
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Dealing with queries
  • Ad-hoc duties.

Profile

The successful candidate will require the following:

  • Experience with purchase ledger
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ideally from a customer service background
  • SAP experience would be an advantage
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
