Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial and management reporting function at the group level
  • Review and develop effective financial policies and control procedures to improve operational efficiency
  • Responsible for budgeting and forecasting and management reporting
  • Perform financial planning and analysis and prepare reports for senior management to review
  • Be responsible for all relevant company secretarial duties
  • Support PRC business in relevant areas

Requirements
  • Degree holder with a professional accounting qualification
  • At least 8 years' management experience, preferably gained from sizeable organization with diversified businesses
  • Solid PRC experience is mandatory
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Fluency in Putonghua is required
  • Occasional travel to PRC is required
