Our Client

An US-based investment bank is looking for an on-boarding specialist to join their client onboarding team for derivative clearing clients.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients to gather information and KYC documents, provide training and live demos
  • Be the single point of contact for client onboarding
  • Liaise with IT department to develop and test new requirements
  • Liaise with internal parties to fulfill the AML regulations
  • Handle various administrative duties
  • Ad-hoc projcets

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in relative discipline
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Strong client service experience in Derivatives Clearing
  • Knowledge of Listed Derivatives or OTC Clearing preferred
  • Good communication skills in Chinese and English
