An international Retailer is looking for a Regional Compliance & Risk Manager. The position is responsible for identification of financial and operational risks and monitoring of internal controls of the companies within the region, responsibilities include:
Requirements:
- Ensure countries within the region understand and enforce Finance's standard policies and procedures
- Responsible for financial data integrity and financial system's security
- Identify the key financial and operational risk and propose key-controls for solution
- Review checklist and control reports from the operations and report on the effectiveness of the risk management within the region
- Accountable for the effective advice within the country operations on best practices in internal controls and risk management.
- Work closely with Business Units and Retail Operations to update controls and risk developments
- Assist CFO and Finance Controller on ad-hoc financial analysis and projects
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance, Business or Accounting
- Accounting qualification is a plus
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in risk & control or internal audit
- Retail/ FMCG industry background preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good communication in English & Cantonese & Mandarin
- Short notice will be an advantage
