Your main task is to effectively execute searches for our clients in the financial industry. This can be achieved by establishing strong rapport with your clients so you can deliver quality candidates that meet their needs. You will grow existing client relationships and build new ones, as well as build your own network of candidates to meet the requirements of your clients.
To qualify, you should be a University graduate with at least 3 years of experience in the finance industry. You should be a self-starter with entrepreneurial personality, has a hunger to succeed, and can handle work under pressure.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are required.
Candidate with less experience would be considered for Researcher/ Junior Consultant role. On-going training will be provided to help you succeed.
