A well known company, with a reputation for staff retention, are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.

Description

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will report into the Purchase Ledger Manager, responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the accounts payable function.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: General invoice processing; Supplier Reconciliations; liaising with various internal and external stakeholders regarding queries; Credit Card analysis; Excel Spreadsheet analysis.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Have recent knowledge of working in an Accounts Payable role - Essential
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
  • Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
