A leading bank located in the Middle East is seeking a Chief Financial Officer. This role's overall responsibility is to work closely with GM assists him on all strategic and tactical budget management, cost analysis, forecasting and reporting
Responsibilities:
Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans.
Train the Finance Unit and other staff on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management matters.
Work with the General Manager on the strategic vision including fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationships on city, state, and national levels, as well as assisting in the development and negotiation of contracts.
Candidate profile:
At least 10-12 years of relevant experience in Finance; similar Leadership and management role for at least 7 years .
Must be Arabic speaker.
Knowledge in Islamic banking principles, terminology and finance modes.
CPA, MBA or equivalent experience in financial services.
