Bookkeeper/Property Manager needed for a small Real Estate/Property Management Office in the heart of the Sunset. They currently have 450 properties in their portfolio across the bay area and have shown consistent year over year growth. Their business has increased by 50% in the last 5 years, with most of the additions in the last two years. They?re a small, family run office with only 5 employees (this would be the 6th), so they?re a very tight knit team, and although they stay busy, the job is very consistent and has a lot of work life balance. Because of the small number of employees, this role will be 65–75% accounting and 25–35% office administrative/property management duties. This is a client/tenant facing role. As a gauge of the environment, they jokingly mentioned taking off pretty much any day even remotely considered a holiday, and the office is open 9–5:30 but they?re flexible with when employees come and go as well.
