Experienced Automotive Sales Representative (Lease / Finance Manager)

Seeking the following:
Hard charging, results oriented individual with unyielding competitive nature and deep desire to win. This person will pass on guarantees and seek pay plans that are commission only with bonuses in order to control their income. Must be an assertive self–starter with intense focus on winning and thrive in competitive situations. This individual will be determined and persistent in conquering the objective at hand.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Work inbound leads while maintaining high closing ratios. Requires heavy phone work in a highly professional office environment focused on closing leads, repeat deals and referrals. Must be capable of closing using logic and common sense solutions. Navigate lease and finance programs while demonstrating excellent client services.
Lease / Finance Manager attributes:
– High sense of urgency.

– Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
– High–level mental fortitude.
– Ability to exude energy & enthusiasm in a phone selling environment (salesmanship.)
Lease / Finance Manager requirements:
– Minimum two years prior sales experience with a proven track record of success.
– Ability to convert hot leads into sales using our tried and true sales methodology.
– Ability to generate referrals from centers of influence.
– Assess client needs and recommend solutions using a consultative approach.
– Maintain clean paperwork.
– Build and manage a portfolio of lease / finance clients.
$100k+ the first year is attainable and earning potential is uncapped.
