Immediate opening in small office for well–versed administrative assistant and bookkeeper. MS Office 365 environment and Quickbooks experience a MUST. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills along with sellf starter attitude. General clerical and office admin tasks required. Fulltime 8:30–4:30 Mon–Fri. Knowledge of reconciliations, budgeting, general journal entries, accounts payable, digital file maintenance, and spreadsheets also needed. Benefits include health insurance.
