Credit Controller - Revenue Protection

The Role Due to our rapid growth and customer service focus, our Revenue Protection Department is looking for an experiencedCredit Controller. You will work within a growing Revenue Protection team of Senior Agents, and Revenue Protection Manager. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong Credit Control background with extensive Customer Service Knowledge and willingness to work in a target driven environment. The role will involve a high level of customer communication via inbound and outbound calls as well as exposure to back office work on fraud analysis, account reviews and technical energy consumption analysis. Having Energy industry knowledge will be a distinct advantage to this role. Key Responsibilities to Succeed Revenue Protection inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner Negotiation, set up and monitoring of repayments plans on customer accounts Investigating and resolving revenue issues that arise up to resolution Coordination of technician site visits and comprehensive review & analysis of site visit reports Liaison with other departments and third parties e.g. MABS Maintain daily/weekly and monthly KPI's to achieve targets Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years' experience in a Credit Collection / Customer Service environment Proven excellent customer Service experience and skills Proven ability to work within targets in a self directed and organised manner Excellent numerical, analytical, creative and problem solving skills Strong Excel skills and good working knowledge of MS Office Graduates with a technical / business competence will be considered Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal are key to this role.
