Credit Control/Ledger Manager

As a credit control / ledger manager you will be reporting into the management accountant,you will be overseeing the overall management of the ledger team which consist of 3 staff members. You will also look at fresh ideas on how to streamline the current procedures.

Description

The role of the credit control / ledger manager will include but not limited to :-

• Management of the ledger team
• Creating new procedures and policy for the department
• Managing and maintaining customer credit limits
• Produce month end reports
• Bank and reconciliations
• Maintenance and management of the cash flow forecast vs company targets
• To be the main point of contact for all ledger queries

The successful candidate will have the following:-

• Ledger management experience - essential
• Excellent communication skills - essential
• Ability to motivate the team to achieve company targets - essential
• Credit control experience - essential
• Experience of ERP systems - essential
• Ability to build long lasting relationships both internal and external - essential
• Account and invoice query management - essential

Job Offer

On offer for the right candidate is a annual salary of £25,000 -£28,000 dependant on experience + car parking + company pension + 23 days holiday
