We are working on a hire for a leading M&A advisory firm, who are looking to add an M&A Analyst with at least 3 years’ experience in finance or accounting to join their award winning M&A team.
This is a broad role where you will be responsible for deal origination and execution.
This is an excellent opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic and driven individual to progress with close mentoring and guidance from senior analysts in a successful, growing company.
The successful candidate will hold the ACA qualification from a major accounting firm, with exposure to transaction services or corporate finance considered a bonus.
Candidate Requirements
This is a broad role where you will be responsible for deal origination and execution.
- Playing a key role in all new M&A transactions
- Assisting senior team members in all transaction execution activities
- Financial analysis and preparing pitch books for deals
- Creating financial models and projections to support transactions
- Working closely with senior management, analysts and clients

Candidate Requirements
- A strong academic record – 2:1 minimum class degree
- ACA Qualified – preferably Big Four
- Transaction Services or Corporate Finance experience is preferred, but by no means a requirement
- Excellent commercial acumen
- Excellent numerical ability
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Excellent attention to detail, with an analytical mindset
- Intellectual curiosity and entrepreneurial flair
- Great team player, but with the ability to undertake solo projects and work to own initiative
- Extra-curricular activities are a big plus!
