The Strategic Accounts Manager will be responsible to develop and manage Energy Efficiency Projects within key selected accounts in KSA.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Management Experience
 With the support of the business head, manage and drive the commercial process for securing projects within the assigned key accounts.
 Support the development of projects execution plans.
 Identify strategies to increase revenue for the assigned account(s) portfolio.
 Formulate Strategies with Management team to identify new key accounts and sales leads.
 Promote QESCO service offering in the market by participating in conferences and events.

Sales, Development, and Client Service Experience

 Review Request for Proposals (RFPs) and work with the business head and technical team to develop technical/commercial proposals.
 Coordinate all project development activities managing internal and external resources (QESCO technical team and potential vendors).
 Conduct regular customer meeting with decision makers and operational staff.
 Develop a good understanding of clients’ objectives and challenges
 Support the technical team in identifying energy and operational solutions
 Develop technical and financial business case analysis for the solution/project provided.
 Present final proposals and effectively communicate with decision makers
 Focuses on demonstrating values by providing technical solutions to business and financial challenges
 Support management team in the negotiation process.

Account Management

 Develop a Sales/Management plan for the assigned key account(s).
 Act as a single point of contact and proactively respond to customer queries.
 Supervise account management activities on assigned accounts.
 Conduct regular account management meetings.
 Liaise with responsible team members to ensure that all contractual obligations are met.
 Analyze the financial health of assigned accounts and propose improvement strategies.
 Develop and maintain good customer relationships especially at the decision makers level to better manage the sales and account management processes
 Provide QESCO management with monthly updates on account status and new development


 Bachelor’s degree Energy Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
 Master in Business Administration or project Management is a plus

Desired Certifications: (Not a must, but will be a bonus)

 CEM (Certified Energy Manager)
 CMVP (Certified Measurement & Verification Professional)
 Any Energy Efficiency/Energy Management related Certificates or courses
