A fantastic permanent opportunity for a part time Reconciliation Specialist position based in Bramhall. 20 - 25 hours, 3 full days ideally but willing to be flexible.

Description
This role is reporting in to the Finance Manager.
The duties include but are not limited to:
- Reconcile customer payments and supplier payments
- Process Customer refunds
- Action email queries from inbox daily
- Take ownership of workload, ensuring that suppliers are chased
- Ensure, and take ownership to ensure, that all filing i.e. supplier statements, customer payment reports, invoices, bank payment reports etc.
- Carry out adhoc duties as and when required
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience of working in a finance team - Essential
- Be a strong communicator at all levels - Essential
- Have a strong attention to detail - Essential
- Be organised and adaptable in approach to work - Essential
Job Offer
This role is looking to pay the full time equivalent of £17,000 to £20,000 per annum + Parking + Discounts + 25 days (PR) holiday + Pension + Health-care scheme + Childcare vouchers
