This business process control analyst is a newly created position in a newly created department within a large £6 billion turnover business. Based in Marlow, you will provide key stakeholders within the organisation with in-depth analysis and solutions to mitigate risk.

Client Details

Our client are a large consumer goods brand specialising within the manufacturing and distribution of a wide variety of products. They own a large number of high profile brands that operate world wide. With over 25,000 employees, you will be joining an established organisation within a newly created department. This department has been created to reduce the financial, operational, technological risk to the business.

Description

The department's responsibilities are to develop a framework to ensure stakeholders manage risks and improve governance through good processes and controls. This will include monitoring implementation of policies and processes. To ensure stakeholders are managing their risk properly, you will be tasked to challenge them on how they are currently managing their risk and put business cases together to present to them.

Your main responsibilities will be to support the design and implementation of internal controls during policy and procure developments, as well as in business projects, review existing controls and identify opportunities for improvement.

Profile

The successful candidate for this business process controls analyst will have a proven track record in reviewing and advising business process controls within a large international business. You will have experience dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders including implementing new internal controls. It is essential that you have experience in policy and proceedure writing.

You will be qualified chartered accountant or equivilant, this could include certified internal auditor. As this role is working with business units within the EMEA regions, you will be expected to travel.
